Discover How I Can Help You

As an integrative therapist, I embrace the inherent value of you as a person. My practice therefore response to you as a holistic being on an emotional, behavioural, physiological and spiritual level. These interconnected parts are explored in the context of intrapersonal, interpersonal, social and cultural aspects of the self.

Theoretically, integrative psychotherapy
takes into account a spectrum of human development, I therefore use an approach that is relevant to your need on your journey to self-discovery. the way that I will engage with you includes: psychodynamic, client-centred, cognitive, parts therapy, narrative, cultural and systemic modalities.

Central to my approach is the individual within the context of their own culture, I am therefore able to work with a diverse range of individual beliefs systems. I work in a sensitive way to help you navigate your own lived experience to achieve personal therapeutic goals.

I am committed to working in an ethical and non-judgemental way that incorporates key principles of the British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework, which fundamentally emphasises non-discriminatory practice, and respect for your autonomy.
